The Third Degree

Now what?

I’m a routines girl. I like to do the same things over and over and over and get really comfortable in them. Graduation screwed up my routine. I came home yesterday from a full day (!) of work and didn’t have to sit right down to homework. I didn’t have to meet someone for a group project. I didn’t have to email a professor to ask a question about lecture. I didn’t have to do a darn thing … besides the dishes. After those dishes were done, though, I don’t really remember what I did. I know that I talked to Zoey Jane for a while, and I might have talked to another friend, but honestly, the night is kinda lost. I think I also watched some TV (oh, yeah, The Bachelorette and then The Mole were on) and then I went to bed … at a normal time … relatively stress-free as well.

That? Is not routine. I don’t quite feel normal about how life must be lived now. I need to reset myself into a routine. I’m a list gal, and have a mental list already started … a list you guys might get bored with but a list I need to get it out somewhere. I think, instead, I’m going to make a page and keep track of things. Then you have a choice. Choices are important. Hope you make the right one. :D

On a totally different note, have you all noticed the “Zemantified” info at the bottom of my posts? These links are picked out by a new feature you can put on your blogs that will pick out links, pictures and related links to spice up your entries. I kinda like it, but wish that instead of picking random links it picked BLOGGER’S links – to create some track backs and interesting site connections. If you’re interested in it, check out Zemanta and add it to your Firefox (because that’s what all of you are using, right?) extensions!

For those of you who don’t know, I write a blog for part of my community health education internship duties. I write for Dr. Kris at The Virtual Mystery Tour Blog. We have a MySpace page, a Cre8Buzz page, and then a website as well. Tonight I wrote (what I think to be) a fantastic post about a new (and totally gross) fad called slimming. Wanna know what slimming is? Go check out Slimming; get drunk on super absorbency. Leave us a comment and let us know you were there. We love to love you, baby!*

I’m off to make my list. I don’t feel like being witty anymore.

*Thank you Beyonce.

Crap woman, you are in my reader now and I’ll change the blogroll.

I’m a list chick, too. I thrive on them.

How is Bachelorette going? I must download them soon and catch up.

And HOW does that picture resemble an ass in anyway??? Gutter mind….

I know what you mean about the lack of routine! When my summer break started I spent the first couple days just sitting there, like, “HuuuuuuH?” But now I’ve got a new routine-type-thing going on, at least for the summer! Congratulations on your graduation, by the way! I hope I manage to get that far eventually!
