The Third Degree

I nabbed this from a new blog I discovered: Discovering Donna. She made me giggle with her answers so I thought I’d give her a shout-out and begin stalking her.

1. Do you like blue cheese salad dressing? I do, I love bleu cheese on anything.
2. Favorite late night snack? Popcorn, graham crackers, pretzels.
3. Do you own a gun? No. I’ve held a Finnish Uzi in my hands before. That was intense.
4. What’s your favorite drink at Starbucks or other specialty coffee shop? Grande nonfat tepid pumpkin spice latte. Tepid because I want to be able to drink it right away.
5. Do you get nervous before doctor appointments? Yes. The past two weeks have been quite stressful thanks to dental and physician appointments.
6. What do you think of hot dogs? I think that they’re good if they’re burnt. LOL
7. Favorite Christmas song? I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas
8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? Coffee. Preferably #4.
9. Can you do push-ups? Yeah, I can. Not too many, but I can hold my own.
10. What’s your favorite piece of jewelry? I have a silver & diamond trinity knot necklace that I wear quite often. I also have a diamond and emerald bracelet that I wear a lot, too.
11. Favorite hobby? Writing.
12. Do you have A.D.D.? No, but there are distraction-days.
13. What’s one trait that you hate about yourself? Uhm, I sometimes have issues with follow-through. My closet is still waiting to be reorganized.
14. The last disease you contracted? Hahahahaha, what? Uhm, gastroenteritis.
15. Name 3 thoughts at this exact moment. I’m cold (even my nose is cold), I should pre-heat the bed, I get cable on Saturday!!!!
16. Name 3 drinks you regularly drink? Coffee, water, tea.
17. Current worry right now? What the rheumatologist is going to tell me on Friday … if she can even tell me anything.
18. Current hate right now? I don’t really hate anything, I am frustrated with my lack of motivation to clean the kitchen/take out the trash & recyclables though.
19. Favorite place to be? On a warm beach.
20. How did you ring in the New Year? Shooting a wedding.
21. Like to travel? LOVE. Making mental plans right now of a visit to Greece before graduate school starts.
23. Do you own slippers? Yeah, two pair. Have one on right now.
24. What color shirt are you wearing? I have on a white hoodie.
25. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets? No, I prefer really high thread count cotton stuff.
26. Can you whistle? Nope. LOL
27. Favorite singer/band? Right now I’ve really been enjoying Jeremy Camp and Run Kid Run. Overall my favorite band is Fleetwood Mac, though.
28. Could you ever make it 39 days on the show Survivor? Yes, I would be the sneaky girl who won because everyone loved her. LOL
29. What songs do you sing in the shower? Anything from the Across the Universe soundtrack, worship songs.
30. Favorite girl’s names? Helena, Kathryn, Evie
31. Favorite boy’s name? Jakob, Caleb, Abrahm
32. What’s in your pocket right now? I have no pockets.
33. Last thing that made you laugh? VDog. :)
34. Like your job? I do … it’s not my passion but it pays the bills.
36. Do you love where you live? I love Portland.
37. How many TVs do you have in your house? Two.
38. Who is your loudest friend? Depends on where we are. I have some loud friends.
39. Do you drive the speed limit or speed? 5 miles over the limit most of the time.
40. Does someone have a crush on you? I think so. Yeah. I’m pretty sure, actually.
41. What is your favorite book? The Poisonwood Bible and the book of Philippians in the Bible.
42. What is your favorite candy? Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
43. Favorite Sports Team? Oregon State Beavers and Ohio State Buckeyes
44. What were you doing 12 AM last night? I was sound asleep. Dead to the world asleep. Thank you Lord.
45. What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up today? “I can’t do this without you right now.” It’s been my mantra in the morning when I’m so stiff and hurting.
