The Third Degree

For those of you who are still following Hernia-gate, a) thanks for sticking around and b) there is a little news.

I have a surgery and an anesthesia consult on Friday. Yes, just a consult. I have to meet with the surgeon and my anesthesiologist before they’ll perform the surgery, and the first time the doctor is in the clinic (and not cutting open the bellies of women living in pain). I’m peeved I have to wait so long, but even after Dr. J called to see if we could get in sooner, there has been no budging.
